The Big Day Movie Gala Premiere

Pure Talents veteran emcee Danny Yeo hosted the movie gala premiere for local romantic comedy The Big Day, at the Capitol Theatre. The movie was produced by Clover Films, mm2 Entertainment and Weiyu Films, and it was distributed by Clover Films, mm2 Entertainment and Golden Village Pictures in Singapore.
Attending the event were director Lee Then-Jeen, and cast members Amber An, Desmond Tan, Liu Ling Ling, Richard Low and Hirzi.
When Su You (Amber An) a free-spirited diving instructor says “Yes” to Nuo Yan (Desmond Tan) a modern funeral director, she imagines a simple, peaceful wedding. But the reality is just the opposite! rom overbearing in-laws to oppressive loansharks to a jealous best friend to a house on fire and a funeral on the wedding day itself… the mishaps just go on and on. Can their love for each other stand the test of family, foes and fate? Will their Big Day be the day to bring them closer or tear them apart?
The Big Day opened in Singapore on 21 June 2018.
