In the second episode of REACH Live!, presented in Mandarin for the first time, Pure Talents bilingual host Danny Yeo was appointed to moderate the conversations between live audience via REACH’s Facebook page and the special guest invited onto the show, Member of Parliament for MacPherson SMC Ms Tin Pei Ling.
Ms Tin impressed all – both on-set and online – with her fluent Mandarin and command of the Chinese language, conveying policies and measures related to COVID-19 during the one-hour programme.
Response from the audience was enthusiastic for this episode with questions coming in steadily. Danny, Ms Tin and performing guest Joanna Dong shared easy banter expressing their concerns about the situation and challenges faced by different groups.
