Singapore Ji Yang Cai Clan Association 85th Anniversary
and SG 50 Celebration cum 6th Asean Ji Yang Xin-Ke-Cai Convention

In celebration of its 85th anniversary, Singapore Ji Yang Cai Clan Association organised a grand dinner event in association with SG50 and the 6th Asean Ji Yang Xin-Ke-Cai Convention. Attending the event were 33 special guests including Minister for Health, Mr Gan Kim Yong, Acting Minister for Education and Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Defence, Mr Ong Ye Kung, as well as President of SCCCI and Honorary Advisor, Mr Thomas Chua PBM, Chairman of ASEAN Ji Yang Xin-Ke-Cai Clan Association, Dato Chua Chong Wei and members of the organising committee.
At the occasion, a cheque of $85,000 was presented to the new Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre in aid of its building fund.
Indonesia was announced as the succeeding organiser for the next ASEAN Convention in 2018.
