Superstar Jackie Chan was in Singapore to promote his latest movie Kungfu Yoga and Pure Talents emcee Danny Yeo was specially appointed to be the host for all his movie promotional events. Local newspapers Lianhe Wanbao subsequently deemed Danny Yeo as the “official hosting emcee” for all Jackie Chan events. What an honour! Thank you to Clover Films and Golden Village Pictures for always trusting us, supporting us and collaborating with us for movie events.
At the press conference, Danny Yeo managed to get Jackie Chan to open up about his operation during the filming of this movie – a piece of first-hand news that no other has ever covered before. Singapore media had a field time reporting on this.
During the meet and greet shopping mall session, Jackie Chan gamely took part in an interactive segment, demonstrating some yoga moves along with his co-starring actresses.
The red carpet event and gala premiere at night were magnificent wrap-ups to a glorious day of non-stop action for the entire team! It was also a gathering of longtime friends, working partners and supporters of Jackie Chan movies.
《功夫瑜伽》是成龙大哥继2015年《天将雄师》之后，再度来到新加坡为他的贺岁电影宣传造势！导演唐季礼，三位女演员Disha Patani, Amyra Dastur和Mu Qimiya, 也都专程到访。
《功夫瑜伽》由香港导演唐季礼执导，国际巨星成龙领衔主演，电影卡士汇聚人气演员李治廷、当红偶像张艺兴、印度影星索奴.苏德(Sonu Sood)、迪莎.帕塔尼(Disha Patani)、艾米拉.达斯特(Amyra Dastur)、资深演员曾志伟、张国立，以及瑜伽高手母其弥雅(Mu Qimiya)，是一部全新动作历险电影。
成龙和老拍档唐季礼导演继2012年《十二生肖》，5年后再次合作。他们之前合作过的经典作品包括1992《警察故事3超级警察》、1995《红番区》、1996《警察故事4简单任务》及2005《神话》。每一部都是经典作品、票房出色的巨片！这次《功夫瑜伽》也结合了他们一贯的风格、观众喜欢的幽默动作喜剧。有搞笑、打斗、舞蹈、瑜伽，非常适合一家大小在过年期间一同观赏。
