Pure Talents is a proud gala events partner of the 26th Singapore International Film Festival in 2015. The festival started on 26 November with a grand opening night. Pure Talents bilingual emcees Danny Yeo (who also celebrated his birthday that night) and Tan Liyi hosted the red carpet event, opening ceremony, and post-movie events.

The 26th Singapore International Film Festival is an event of the Singapore Media Festival, hosted by the Media Development Authority of Singapore and officially supported by Presenting Sponsor Marina Bay Sands and Official Festival Time Partner IWC Schaffhausen.

SGIFF is the longest-running international film platform of Southeast Asia. It is a gathering of the region’s independent filmmaking talents to showcase their works to Asia and beyond. It is also a platform for them to engage in conversations and contribute to the growth of this industry. Over 11 days, SGIFF presented 146 feature and short films from 51 countries, across 11 sections, giving festival attendees an insight of the region’s stories and the art of filmmaking.

Appearing at the red-carpet event were MediaCorp radio deejays (Kunhua, Hong Sheng-an) and artistes (Chen Xinqi, Zhang Zhenyuan), as well as the cast of local film Bugis Street and director Lee Chung with his actresses Sonia Sui Tang and Yeo Yann Yann from Taiwanese film The Laundryman.
